I just thought I would pass along some info that has helped get the word out and improved attendance at my own artwalk location. Some of you may or may not have heard about  Eugene-A-Go-Go and have already created profiles and some have not.  I implore you to check it out and make yourself individual artist or venue profiles. It’s free, very user friendly and it’s a wonderful way to get the word out there about your venue, your artwork and improve attendance at your Last Friday ArtWalk shows or any other event for that matter!

Also, I see that some folks have their artist or venue pages up but no listing for their upcoming events. If you do happen to add yourself up there before the next website update announcing the April LFA artists I would be happy link your artist profile to the Last Friday ArtWalk A-Go-Go event announcement and hopefully send some more peeps your way!

Hey ArtWalk peeps!
I am excited to announce that I too have joined the family of venues showing on LFA with the recent opening of Paper Moon Photo Studio & Gallery at 543 Blair.

I want to let you know the door is always open if you would like to discuss ideas you all might have about how we can improve the LFA or somehow help it serve the community in a more effective way. I am interested in volunteers, grants, people knowledgeable about helping make LFA a non-profit, etc. If you see the lights on down at Paper Moon, please feel free to stop by, say hello and share your ideas. It’s such an exciting time to be part of the bustling art movement happening in the Whiteaker and I hope you too will take an active part in fostering our amazing community of artists, musicians, performers and small businesses.
